i worked out a deal with her (jen/joe@j0e.us) $12 for Usher (You Make Me Wanna..) single, LFO single (Girl On TV), and 98 degrees self-titled cd (copied). It's been 2 months since I sent the check and I haven't heard from her at all (email or regular mail) and haven't gotten the stuff! What should I do? Anyone else had problems with her?

yep, she's a bad user. i sent her $6 for a cd in february. then like a month later, she e-mailed me back saying that "her dog ate it" or something and that she still has a burned copy of that cd saved up and she can still send that one to me instead. i agreed and it's already MAY and i still haven't received it yet! i kept on e-mailing and e-mailing her but what do i get back? NOTHING! errrr

If it is who im pretty sure it is,then -grrrr!
I sent her payment for some nailpolish,like 5 months ago and she said she mailed it,i though maybe it got lost...so i won another auction lie 2 months or more ago and sent her payment,and agian she say she sent it,and i never got it.I really cant believe that 2 things from the same person would get lost in the mail one after another...bleh...
