Hey, can someone answer a question I have about TB shots?

I went to get the shot today because I'm required to get one for work. Afterwards, I went back to the pool for some more training (for my job). They had us get in the pool and swim a bunch of laps.

I've gotten the shot before and I know I have to go back the next day to have the nurse read whether it's positive or negative. However, the last time I got the shot, I had this semi-large bruise-like area that they read. This time, it's just a tiny dot. But the thing is, right after I got the shot, I had this little bubble that was the same as last time. It only decreased to the dot-size after I got in the pool. My question is how exactly do they read the results? And is it possible that from swimming, I "washed out" the shot they gave me?

Oh Oh! I just got this shot like 2 weeks ago!
How they tell the results of the shot is after 24 hours if where the shot was taken starts to turn into a red dot and get spread out to a bigger red dot, then you have a problem. If the little bubble where the shot went is gone in a day or so, then you have no problem. When I took my band-aid off when I got it the same day i had a small red dot, and I almost fainted, because I thought that was the "red dot" the doctor was talking about, but she said it would be a large red place, you would KNOW if you were having a reaction. Okay, that was long. About going to the pool, I don't know if it would wash the medication out... :X
