i made hula skirts for the girls, and asked the guys to wear flower printed shirts or else they'd hafta wear a grass skirt too.

then i took vibrant, bright color streamers and plan on streaming them from the trees (this is a pool party i'm having..)

my parents had some old torch-light things and we put them around the pool for when it gets dark.

water balloons are all good and fine

'n me and my mother cut coconuts in half and are going to fill them with juice, use them as cups..

oh yeah, and we bought some of those flower things that go around your neck, i forgot what they're called.

and then we bought some decorations at gardenridge (any party place will do) and some summery/hawaiin paper plates...

as for food i recommend all sorts of fruit, seafood, or pizza with pineapple on it..

in my room i got those plastie hawaiian leis then cut 'em in half then like tacked em up places like around my window and me door. it looks awesome as hell. try it

* Take Green Grapes and freez 'em. Serve frozen (they are yummy!!)

* Make little fans out of colored paper (you know: fold em back and forth) and staple. Attach strings and hang them all around!!
