i take 4 500mg pills of MSM (natural sulfer), two 500mg pills of vitamin C, and 2 250 or 500 mg pills of kelp.. the kelp helps the most, it speeds up your metabolism by simulating your thyroid gland. try it.. msm is kinda expensive (20$ a bottle, about) but it lasts a while.. depending on your weight you should take more or less- i weigh 220, so.. .heh... fatass i am. ahh well.------------------ click.infective.net IP: Logged |

walking or jogging always helps. i do Tae Bo every now and then and it actually works pretty well,and so does the Ab Roller Plus as for diets, cut back on sweets and watch your portions. just say no to Slim Fast drinks and the no carb diet thang.IP: Logged |

i had about 200 magazines so i cut out all the useful information and put it in a notebook. i then created my own workout and i saw results after like...2 days.IP: Logged |

Yeah I do Tae-Bo which is extremely fun and effective..I also use metabolife 356 becuz I have a slow metabolism...But you shouldn't diet it never works...diets usually make u gain weight. You just need to watch what u eat.I weigh 200 but I don't look it becuz I'm super muscular wrestler girl hehe.Make sure your taking in at least 1500 calories...in order to keep your metabolism healthy. I didn't eat much after puberty and it slowed my metabolism down so much and I gained tons of weight...I went from 125 to 230 in like 14 months. so yikes.So just be careful.I also go to the gym and do like 45 minutes of cardio a day and like an hour of weight training.------------------ ~Your body, use it, amuse it, cuz someday your gunna lose it~ ~Happiness isn't happiness without a violin playing goat.~

OOOO OOOO! IDEA!! When I was sick I lost lots of weight. I couldn't quite figure out why. Because I ate all these fattening foods like pudding and ice cream. Well I was on basically a liquid diet, and it had all of the nutrients and everything that my little growing body needs and all that good stuff. But I lost lots. It was kinda cool...I don't think it would be the best why to lose weight though...its a funny story though. Losing weight for anyone else is real lame and I would do it only if YOU aren't happy with your bod! Whatever you do don't starve yourself you can die!!! If you want to lose weight eat 6-8 mini meals a day, don't eat at night, and the only drink you can drink is water! And do alot of jogging, swimming, and other exercises like that. If you starve yourself than as soon as you eat one little thing you will gain about 20 pounds. If you starve yourself then your body wil start eating your muscles, so don't do that! Also, in the morning have a small fruit as soon as you wake up (like a slice of an orange). Then get ready (take your shower, get dressed, blah, blah), and as soon as it's been about 1/2 and hour you won't be hungry anymore. And only eat when you are extremely hungry, not when you think the food looks good. I learned a bunch of stuff in a health class I took and I always read about health and fitness.Hope I helped!!!

em's tips:-drink lots of water -drink lots of milk too -try pilates -e-mail me if you want the url of this website (it has exercises you can do that supposedly make you get taller) -try martial arts. i do taekwondo. it's really fun, you sweat a lot, burn a lot of calories, make friends, learn self-defense while you're at it too. i lost something like 25 pounds in the last two months -rest up! i know it's difficult to get at least 6 hours of sleep every night with your busy lives, but at least sleep in one day of the week -feel good about yourself starting from the inside i have some more tips for y'all if any of you are interested. just e-mail or something. i'd be happy to help my sistahs out!  ------------------ ~*knightress*~ "the reward is the journey. make the most of it." Oh, I'll just add to this : ) I learned that if you have meals containing all the food products (fruit, dairy, meat, vegetable, etc) you're more than likely to lose weight that way, too. But all the ideas here were awesome... just eat when you're actually hungry, not when you crave a certain food. IP: Logged |
