I wish mail came every day...Sundays drive me nuts because I don't get any.Know what's weird? One day I went to the post office to mail off some packages and the post man saw the return address and was like, "So you're Amanda? I see you get a lot of mail." Yeah, there was no point to that story. ------------------

Oh my god, me too! The mailman who delivers the regular mail reognizes me. The mailman who delivers the Priority Mail packages recognizes me too, and the cashier at the post office knows me by name. Every single time I go to the post office, we start talking about the weather.  ------------------

lol. The people at the PO (two different locations) know me by name, too. I get pretty weirded out everytime I go, because I feel kindof embarrased. And the guy at one of the PO's always says, "Oh, so it's YOU again?" so that doesn't make me feel any better...heh.IP: Logged |

one of the ladies that works at my post office is like, a friend of the family, so she's all nice to me and stuff when I go send out packages...but it's a little odd. I don't know how, it just is. ------------------

Same here-- if someone addresses a letter/package wrong, it comes to me anyway because the mailman recognizes my name and knows where i live.IP: Logged |

oh, that happens to me, too...but it could be just because my town is tiny and everybody knows everybody...------------------

My mail man thinks I'm weird. When packages I get wouln't fit in our mail cube (we don't have a real mainbox cause we live in a condo) he comes to the door and is like "She has *another* large package" Har har. Everyone loves me.------------------

You guys are lucky, kuz we don't get mail on Saturdays or Sundays in Canada.  Sighs..I wish mail came everyday too..the first thing I do after I come home from school is check the mail..(sorry no point in telling that..hehe) ------------------

I love receiving stuff in the mail. Shucks. There is no mail tomorrow and no mail today My mail lady seems to recognize me and all. Like, everytime a package arrives, she'll say.."here's *another* one." Hehe. Waitin' for Tuesday  ------------------

me too! i thought i was the only one here. almost everyday, there's a letter/package in my mailbox waiting for it to be sent out. and like if someone mispells my adress, or the wrong house- the mailman still gives it to me cause he knows me by name! and he must think im like a 10 year old, ( im kinda short= but not totally short.. ya know what i mean? ) and hes probablly like,..... whats that little girl up to? LOL. hehe,i feel your pain people ( j.k )!!------------------

my dad usually picks up the mail, but when i get packages, the mailman always asks questions. like i got some free lotion & shampoo & stuff from edrugstore.com & he was wondering why i would get a package from there. pfft.IP: Logged |
