Thye only say its against the law,cause they dont like themselves looking like ass-holes cause of all the postal workers that steal the money from the envolopes that are reported "lost",heh.....------------------

people dont send money in the mail for magazine subscriptions...they send a check or they pay the bill with their cc. just wanted to say that....but yeah, i didnt know it was illegal either...just those greedy usps workers..grr ------------------

it is a weird law. its your money, you decide what to do for it. i dont know about the Philippines, but if we did..no one follows it anyway well using checks are a lot safer..sort of.
