There are these new tube light thingys that are kinda like the lights you see around the aisles in a movie theatre but they are colored and u put them around the top perimeter of your walls. They are really kewl! U can get em at bed bath and beyond, and I think linens and things.

Based on what I have and what I've tried, and this is just my personal opinion. I'm gonna add more if I think of it. I have a crazy long list inside my head.

The good-

* Vaseline is a good lotion

* Stila eyeshadows are really good

* MAC makeup brushes are really good - I have a powder brush from there which I love to death

* Urban Decay Lip Gunk is fantastic if you like wild colors - Area 51 is my personal favorite

* Clinique Almost Lipstick in Black Honey is very versatile

* Almay has *fantastic* lipgloss

* Chapstick is the best thing in the whole world - I can give up all my makeup but I MUST have my Chapstick

* Cetaphil face cleanser is non-irritating. You can rub it all over your eyes and it won't sting you to death

The bad-

* Revlon lipglosses seem to be a bit too watery and greasy... hmmm

* Body glitter never stays on your body. Body *shimmer*, on the other hand, will stick to you like glue

* Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion is over-rated

* Gap Lipshines are very hard to open because the pot is so flat you can't really get a good grip

* Maybelline Great Lash Mascara smears

* The Urban Decay lipsticks aren't well-designed for comfort either. They don't design the lipstick so that it goes fully inside the tube, so every time you try to cap it, you gotta be careful to not smash the cap against the lipstick. Plus, the cap is very uncomfortable to open. Eccckkk.

I like Estee Lauder's Milk Cleansing Lotion. It's a face wash and i looove it. It's for Normal to Dry skin.

I also love Cover Girl's Natural Lash Darkener [or something like that...] it's clear and you can use it as a mascara or brow gel. i love things that have several uses. woo hoo.

I love all Bonne Bell lip products, but I highly recommend the lip burst and lip lites if you haven't tried them yet. Lip burst has these tiny vitamin bubbles in them which I love and lip lites were and always will be the yummiest gloss around.

Serendipity - With your knowledge of makeup and my pickiness about makeup, we could make quite a team. LOL.

By the way, I've been looking for Burt's Bees lip balms for a long long time. Any grocery store? Not here in SF. Could you get more specific please?

I'd also love to get my hands on some Kiehl's lip balms but I can't find those anywhere either.

More critiques from yours truly. God I love this topic.

The bad -

* I recently tried the Stila lip shines and I just think it's so so so completely utterly overrated too. I can't believe people would pay those prices for just lipgloss in a little metal squeeze tube.

* Shiseido cleansers sting like hell in your eyes. But then again, a lot of cleansers sting like hell too.

* NARS lipglosses are very ordinary too. Nothing to rave about.

The good -

* Bobbi Brown lipglosses are very high gloss but the tubes are small. The brush is not useful at all. Ummm, it's glossier and stickier than most lipglosses but not that bad, actually. I kinda liked it!

* Clinique Liquid Lipsticks are very nice. They have versatile colors and SPF too, I think. Ya hardly ever see that.

All righty, time to close up shop for the night. LOL. I'll be updating tomorrow. Still got a crazy long list inside my head.

I love paintjob nailpolish, its like $12 a bottle in department stores, and its named after classic cars, has awesome colors, stays on for a long time, and goes on really easy.

also,Jane lipsticks-i love them,their nice and light,and so many nice colors,and theier sheer,yay

Bonne Bell anything-they just have the bestest stuff, the polishes, bottled emotions, lipglosses, etc, the bestest, the new flip it eyeshadow cases rock!!

I LOVE Smell This scents!!esp.Cake Batter, and clean wet laundry.

I like Gap lipshinbe,i admit it was a pain in the ass to open, and at first i found the texture to be rather weird, cause its all jello-ish,but ive grown to really like
Gap cosmetics are great!!
