im goin there this summer and i wanna know whats it like there. where are the ghetto areas and where are the upper class areas? whats it like in saten (spelling?) island? cuz thats where ill be stayin. any places you recommend me to visit? i know i wanna go up the empire state building, and see the satue of librity. oh, and definitely visit the trl studio in times square. lemme know gurls!

hey hey. i live in ny =]...so okay, i dont know the nice places...But i do know of the "ghetto" areas...cause basically, i live in one! haha. i live in the queens area, although some places are kinda nice..perhaps like bayside. that's good you're visiting the city itself, cause it's really fun. i can tell you that. dont mind the people that walk fast and stuff, cause everyone is always moving fast, but that's the way to go... ------------------

heyy...about staten island..well, i went there when i was really young. so i can't remember much. i think the area i visited was nice..but then again, there are parts of places that are nice, and then there are parts that are a little less nice. anyways, the shirt im auctioning is short sleeved=] ------------------

Those are ok,but for shopping you should definetly go to the village,both the west and east village are awesome to shop in,EVERYTHING is there,theres an urban outfitters and a pacsific sunwear right down the block from eachother,mmmm heaven 
I lived on the upper east side manhatten,but now i just moved to Brooklyn ------------------

my aunt lives there so i've been there a couple of times.

i live there. uppereast side- flashy madison ave stuff like versace, gucci, chanel
midtown- more fun stuff, bloomies- moderate
downtown- fun!!! east village rocks!
