Topic: old fashioned domains?

i used to be a domain follower.. you know going from domain to domain looking at all the hosted sites, picking favorites and then becoming inspired to create my own site.. and then try my hardest to get hosted by the one domain that was in my opinion the best. i did get hosted and then i lost interest, the domain went to shit and i became totally out of touch in the domain world. for all i know they all went byebye. for all i know there are no more girls out there willing to give it a try. you tell me, are there still some ambitous girls out there with a domain hosting quality sites? i miss them.

way2kewl does kinda suck... all the domains listed are almost the exact same. including the names... fade-away.net fadeddreams.net fading.org frosted.org frostedcherries.net frostyblue.net frostylips.com pinkfrosty.com pinkbutterflies.com pinkykitty.com really looks like a lot of thought went into all those. pfft. :/------------------

i think a majority of the domains these days suck large. no offense. but less than 2 years ago there were hardly any personal domains and almost all of them kicked. but not all the sites i go to are the same..mostly in design AND content. reading someone's bio and their journal and seeing their pics gets boring. i love to see creative,new,and origial projects and sites.IP: Logged |

fade-away.net fadeddreams.net really looks like a lot of thought went into all those. pfft. :/I sorta resent that. My friend Gena used to own fadeddreams.net and I was hosted there. Gena didn't make a domain to be cliche and impress a bunch of whiny bitchy 13 year old girls, and to my knowledge fadeddreams.net was up long before fade-away so PFFT to you. ------------------
