a long time ago, my sister sent a package to someone, and it got there, it was a trade by the way, and the girl never sent anything, she is a good trader usually, she said that the address was wrong, and then she said she sent it two more times, with no luck, and i was wondering the girl now wants my sister to pay for shipping of the package, but is that fair, it wasnt my sisters fault, and she went through on her half of the bargain, should she pay, or should she ask the girl to? please reply.. thanks
