i got an envelope in the mail yesterday for an item that someone was buying from me. but it came torn in half with a stamp that said damaged on it,plus a green sticker thing. the letter was riped in half but it had just enough information on it that i could figure out who it was from. the thing is,there should have been $8 in there and there was nothing! what should i do? have the girl send the full payment again? send half? help!------------------ like a shooting star across the midnite sky.. i went through this, cept it was a whole different matter... lost or stolen mail shouldn't be your fault. start writing that in your auctions.IP: Logged |

this is an interesting topic because it isn't the senders fault either.IP: Logged |

It wasn't from me, was it???? ------------------ ::+ She once believed in every story he had to tell. ugh.. suck.. you know, i really hate ups.. i sent my boyfriend a package with a book, a letter, 20$, a mix tape wrapped in leopard wrapping paper, and a CD in a paper case.. and i paid postage at the post office so i know the postage was right.. and when it got to him, there was a taped end where it had been opened and the CD and Tape were gone, but the 20$ was still there.. probably because i rolled it up and put it in the middle of the fold over seal on the opposite end that was opened... its funny though, because they didnt take the book.. blah..------------------ click.infective.net IP: Logged |

on one of my first auctions, the girl sent the money..and then, i sent the package out..and she said it came back damaged with nothing in it. and then she demanded her money back. and i sent it to her..but i think she lied to me, and just wanted money..cause she was like screaming at me to give it back fast..and i didnt do it for like the next 2 days..and she got mad. and i sent it out on the 3rd day afterwards. i mean what a freak out she had..man oh man.------------------ also known as reis.

Yeah, always put a note in your auctions that cash sent through the mail isn't your responsibility. And if they choose not to insure their packages, that's not your problem either. IP: Logged |
