i really think you guys should include some of the rest of us as mods for the "chat it up" & penpal forums...some of the stuff gets a little outta hand ( i.e. this),but you guys can't always be around. some of the stuff should be closed up before it starts to get worse. i just think that if you'd do this for a while again, it'd be kinda like a little break for you, not to mention it helping clear up a few little scuffles that go on every once in a while. Yeah!
At Delish you guys had that and it was awesome (and i was one of the mods,yay)it really helped more,and would make this a more peaceful place.------------------

sorry guys, but we have found it is much easier to just have staffers be mods.but i'm trying to get tree to make me mod of the chat it up section because even though i don't ever really post there, i look out over it often so there can be SOME control over it. IP: Logged |

I was the one that made user moderators at delish. It worked out pretty well, and actually is a very good idea to do again here, if we get respectable, responsible, and mature users to do so; which many of you are. However, the UBB board we're using now only allows one moderator for each forum and we'd like to have more than one if we were to have user moderators at each of the not-so-laundromaticish-forums. If eventually I could get the other ubb script to work again, then we'll go back after I talk to Olivia. It helped because staffers get so busy that often over look posts or just don't have the time to remove them. Thanks for being so considered you guys!
