okay, so first of all.. when laundro first got back, someone from the laundro staff said i would be able to get my feedback back. Okay, so then a lot of people asked me to re leave them feedback, and i said i would leave them feedback- but leaving feedback for me wasnt necessary because i would still get my old feedback back. Okay, so now it has been what 2/3 weeks? and no, i still didnt get my feedback back up! I've emailed Laundro staff quite a few times about this, but do i get a reply? NO! i dont... lol. okay, sorry i just had to bitch there.------------------

whoa. I promised you I was going to do it and even opened the file to switch it 3 days ago but didn't have your new username. And our ftp wasn't working for awhile, and I do have an offline life that I do try to attend to and there are other things that I set first before working on one person's feedback because other things are more important. And not having your feedback for a WEEK which is how long it's been isn't going to kill you. You should be very thankful that I actually have your feedback on backup to change, because 75% of the users are not that fortunate. I suggest you not go griping to the board about these such things, you can feel free to if you want, but it's not the way to get any staff member's attention, and I can definitely tell you it's not going to get your feedback changed any faster, either.IP: Logged |

hey randi! i didn't want to make a big fuss about it, but i did e-mail you, and i was wondering if you had read it yet?? cuz you said you had most of the files w/ peoples usernames who started w/ an a-f..my username was alex100, do you think you could redo it, so i could get my old feedbacks?? that'd be so great, thanks! ------------------

Hi Alex  Um, I uploaded all the old feedbacks I had, so if yours still doesn't exist it must be because you didn't have any feedback before we moved to delish. are you sure?? btw, my name wasn't alex100, that was a type that i'm too lazy to go back and fix...anywayz, i did have feedback, i had like...around 20 positive feedback...that's all right, i just wish i remembered the names of everybody i've done business with! if anybody's reading this that knows that they've done feedback w/ me?? please please be a sweetie and let me know, so we can leave each other lots of wonderful positive feedback...------------------
