I know, I know: another question...

In the FAQ, it says that if the reserve price is not met, then the seller is not obligated to SELL the item. Does this also mean that the buyer is not obligated to buy?

Or does the buyer still buy the item at the price they bid if the seller still wishes to sell their item?

it depends on the seller, really. if you're questioning that about an auction, you should email the seller about it just to make sure.
