Have you been getting my account information on your account info page? As I
stated in my earlier email I am getting all your feedback (both + and -) and
all your auction/acct. information as well as my own info when I go to my
account page. There is obviously something wrong- but NO one at Laundromat
will respond to my emails.

this is upsetting because account information is supposed to be secure. i don't know if she can post things as me or not but she does have access to all my private information which she may even be able to change. i am just lucky that she is emailing me about it and not abusing this bug in your system.

i would like this probelm fixed as soon as possiable so i can go on with my auctions as usual. this user has emailed the laundromatic staff, and as usual she recieved no reply. i would appreciate your help on this matter because last time you promised help i never got it.

thank you for yout time. please let me know when this problem is fixed because i cannot see any of her information...everything looks normal so i won't know.
