No, she only has to pay what she bid. By bidding she never agreed to any higher than what she bid.That didn't make much sense. But no, she shouldn't. ------------------

it says when you place a bid, be prepared to pay the amount you bid. so if you are gonna sell it to her for the amount she bid, then she should pay.------------------
