how come whenever i email a person who is in charge of laundromatic i never get a reply?i need some assistance with feedback removal & problem users. THANKS i also requested that some of my auctions be removed from the finished list & that never got accomplished either. i'm beginning to think that there is no one out there. there is also a thread on the zinesters list voicing the same concerns. ------------------

Yes, I feel like I'm saying this over and over again, but we're VERY busy. It's no excuse, I know. We have about 3 people to do all of the jobs on Laundro. It's a LOT of work, and there definately should be more people hired to even out the workload. We were in the process of hiring people before Laundro crashed, but now we're in the rebuilding stages. I'm sorry for your frustration, and I welcome you to vent your agony on these boards until we figure out what's what in terms of jobs. yeah, thats what i was saying.. i mean like, i can understand its alot of work but there are quite a few competent people (or competent but unknowlegeable people) who can do grunt work in terms of removing feedback and such- they don't have to do major programming, you know? and alot of them WANT to do it.
I think if you posted looking for helpers you'd get alot of volunteers.. ------------------
