Although the majority of LaundroMatic users are friendly and cooperative, sometimes sneaky and irresponsible folks find their way in. We don't want a few bad apples to spoil the barrel, now do we? This is why we have the problem users page, a place where you can report the users that cause trouble. If someone is blatantly ignoring our policy and violating our rules, we don't want them around here. Please do not abuse the privelege of reporting problem users, because for the first time that they are reported and an investigation is done, we ban them for a period of time (or permanently, depending on the situation). If YOU are reporting users that aren't causing a problem, YOU will be the one banned. Our policy is only this strict because of all the problems we've had in the past. Remember, you won't have a problem if your intentions are good.
