What you see is what you get. Have a question about an item? Do not hesitate to ask your seller. A link to their email address can be found on their item's page. Usually they will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Don't be afraid. Ask for pictures, where it was purchased, or even a more detailed description.

Most people are good, but there are some sneaky individuals out there who love to take advantage of a well meaning individual. This is why you should check your seller's feedback rating. Click on the link next to the word "feedback" to see comments other users have left for this person. It's a good idea to know a person's reputation and feedback, seeing as it's your money involved here.

That means no running with scissors. Be nice when you contact your seller. This means word your e-mails nicely. Use correct grammar. Spell your words correctly. Forming complete sentences is also reccomended.
If you're the high bidder on an item, or plan to be, it is a good idea to keep notes. Keeping track of your dealings is a good way to avoid misunderstandings. This means you should keep a record of the following: username of the seller, e-mail address of the seller, the item description, the item number, the item category, and date, and price you bid on the item.
Don't be shy; contact your seller. Contacting your seller first not only shows someone eager to make a purchase, but a person who genuinely is interested in completing a transaction. Not everyone reads their email everyday, so if someone doesn't reply to you after a day or two, don't think that they're ignoring you. They'll probably respond soon.
