LaundroMatic is only a medium through which you can hold and participate in auctions. This means that you are responsible for completing your transaction after the auction closes.




    Both the seller and high bidder's email addresses show up in the end of auction e-mail you will recive when your auction is over. Contact each other and work out the details.     Your seller or high bidder won't respond? Give them a week. If a week goes by and you still haven't heard from them, hop on over the the problem user page and tell us about it. We will do everything in our power to make sure your transaction goes through.




    The higher a person's feedback rating means that they can be trusted. It is up to you -- if you're either a buyer or a seller -- to leave feedback about your transactions. Why? Because with your truthful comments about about a user, the rest of the community can decide whether or not this person can be trusted.
